Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of the products, returns are not generally accepted. If there is an issue with an order, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
You’ll always see free Economy Shipping (default), or you can choose Upgraded/Priority Shipping for a faster delivery — the price for that will be clearly shown at checkout.

Our products are hand poured in small batches, ensuring quality and care. We carefully select our materials and supplies to ensure our products are high quality, eco-friendly, and a fair value.
